Congenital anomalies of the gallbladder are rare, difficult to diagnose with imaging studies, and can be accompanied by other malformations of the biliary or vascular tree.

- Duplication of the gallbladder
- Longitudinal septum of the gallbladder
- Transverse septum of the gallbladder
