Dimorphic Fungal Infections are caused by fungal pathogens which can overcome the physiological and cellular defenses of the normal human host by changing their morphological form.

Dimorphic fungal infections include: 

  • Blastomyces fungal infection 
  • Coccidioides fungal infection  
  • Histoplasma fungal infection
