Seronegative spondyloarthropathies are a group of disorders that involve sacroiliac joints and are associated with HLA-B27.

Examples of seronegative spondyloarthropathies include: 

  • Ankylosing spondyloarthritis
  • Enteritis associated arthritis
  • Psoriatic arthritis
  • Reactive arthritis
