Adrenal gland pathology is any lesion or malignancy of the adrenal glands. This may result in over production of hormones, as well as under production of hormones. 

Adrenal gland pathology consists of: 

  • Adrenal cortical hyperfunction
  • Adrenocortical insufficiency
  • Adrenal cysts
  • Adrenocortical neoplasms
  • Pheochromocytoma
